A Rapid Assessment involves an electronic response (no live appointment) directly from a Dermatologist to a patient, in 24 hours guaranteed. Provincial healthcare does not insure this type of service. ​

Question 3

Does a real Dermatologist perform this service?

Accepted Answer

All Rapid Assessments are performed only by a Canadian Board-Certified Dermatologist with a minimum of 9 years of medical training.  (French Dermatologists available upon request)

Should I use this service?

What happens if my concern cannot be cared for in a Rapid Assessment?

Accepted Answer

You will be refunded minus a 6% external credit card fee.

For monthly subscriptions, you can submit an alternative skin/hair concern for that month. Or, you can cancel anytime before the Dermatologist provides their assessment to you that month.

-Acne (one exception: we cannot provide Accutane via Rapid Assessments. Accutane is available via a live video appointment)
-Rosacea
-Dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis
-Other facial rashes: perioral dermatitis
-Body discolouration
-Minor skin rashes: eczema, psoriasis, tinea versicolour
-Pediatric skin concerns: cradle cap, eczema, etc
-Cold sores
-Excessive sweating
-Male/female pattern hair loss
-Wrinkle prevention: retinoid prescription, etc
-Routine personalization
-Pores/skin texture
-Acne scars

-Concerns inside the mouth

-Full body rash: rash affecting every, or almost every, inch of skin on your body
